Getting between arinsal and arcalis

How hard is it to get between arinsal and arcalis for a day trip? is one more consistant for snow than the other?

You can get a us upto Arcalis and the snow there is much better than Arinsal due to the higher altitude. Your hotel will probably have times of the buses.
