Accommodation in Soldeu - recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a hotel or apartment for a group of 9, ideally in Soldeu? We%26#39;re all about 30-35 age bracket. Looking at Feb 12th to 17th but several places seem fully booked and/or v expensive.

I have been to Soldeu several times. The Sport and Piolets are good and are in the Centre of the Town but have become expensive. The Euro Esqui is excellent and a good deal cheaper. It%26#39;s between Soldeu and El Tarter, about 1k from Soldeu but the Hotel runs a mini bus in the Evenings. we%26#39;re going back to this Hotel next week.

12 -17 Feb is half term so Soldeu will be seething and prices at a max. Also almost certainly %26#39;full%26#39; so probably lucky to get anything at such short notice. Sorry.

Different week would be my advice if you have any choice in the matter,

We have just returned from a week in Soldeu staying at the Soldeu-Maistre. We were a group of 10 and it was perfect as there was a buffet evening meal so everyone had choice. The staff were ultra helpful and the cleanliness was next to godliness! And the bar was cheap if you wanted a quiet night in! It is about a 3 min walk from the gondola and right in the centre of Soldeu so perfect for nights out. Highly recommend for a group.

Hotel Nordic Is absolutely AMAZING! we were staying in Hotel Xalet and my friends In the Nordic and I have to say Xalet looks like something that you would find on the bottom of your shoe compared with the Nordic. for example the Nordic has a Games room with pool tables, air hockey, a bowling alley and most importantly it%26#39;s own bar. and to top it all off they have a Rolls Royce in the lobby! You can wake up in the morning have a fantastic brekky and step out of the door directly onto the ski lift and be up the mountain in about 7 minutes... TOP NOCH NORDIC!
