i got somewhere so all i need now is snow. looks like it will be warm next week - will there be much of a thawy with temps over 10 C ?

With yesterdays dump, and the current cold conditions i wouls think that over the next 2 - 3 weeks the slopes will be much better than they have been for the last month, even if they get no more snow.
