Has anybody drive from France into Andorra? Are the roads safe? What is the highest point in the road. Thanks for any information

Of course the roads are safe.
The highest point in the road ?????????????
Depending which way you come, the main way in is through a tunnel although you can add another hour on your journey and go via the mountains.
