Hello!
I was wondering if over the course of a weekend there are other activities to be enjoyed other than skiing.
i will be travelling with my girlfriend and she is not so keen on the whole skiing thing.
maybe you could suggest something interesting?
thank you!

i was thinking maybe somthing in the lines of short hikes in snowy forrests, rides with huskies or snowmobiles, maybe sleidging or iceskating. anything fun basically... and is the Caldea Spa really worth it? i heard mixed reviews, about it being overpriced and overcrowded...
thank you

Here is Andorra%26#39;s main tourist website:
http://www.andorra.ad/index_ang.asp
you will find many of the answers you seek there.
The main %26#39;spa%26#39; area in Andorra is Escaldes-Engordanay with some original old Spa Hotels and a brand new fantastic day spa Caldea.
This weblink will give you some more information, and it has links to the Caldea and the other Hotels own sites:
www.grandvalira.com/gv/main.aspx…
Husky sledding, and raquettes (a type of hiking with snowshoes) are available in various resorts, there is an ice rink at canillo.
Princessa Park Hotel in Arinsal has a well reviewed spa of it%26#39;s own.
OR Stay in Andorra La Vella for shopping and nightlife.

Mad, which resort will you be in.
My wife is thinking of going back with me next year, but I told her that where we stayed in El Tarter, there is no point going there unless you are going to ske or snow board. That%26#39;s what El Tarter is all about really.

well, not made any specific plans and from what i saw online everything is within reasonable distance if you have a car.
so far my choices would be escaldes or de vella.
ive checked out the sites given all over here and i so far i see there are nice ideas in the naturaland (with the gigantic tobogan? and the motos...) how is caldea? crowded on sundays?
or if you write really really soon maybe you could give me a different idea on where to go enjoy snow without skiing :) close to andorra though as we will be leaving from barcelona...
