My husband and I are thinking of booking at this hotel late december. We have never been skiing before. The booking will be independantly and i was hoping that someone can give me advice on how to book ski lessons, where and how much etc?
Also we will be flying to Gerona, how far is the resort form the airport.
What is the resort like? Is the hotel ok?

Hi,
I stayed in the St.Gothard hotel in Arinsal, not sure if it is the same one or if there is another in La Massana? If it is the hotel was lovely and the food was great. It is a bit of a treck away from the gondola but there is a free shuttle bus from the front door. I have always booked lessons and equipment with my travel agent but I think it is all very easily booked on resort. This year my lessons are £67 for 3hrs for 5 days.

Thank you. I thnk that is the same hotel. It is actually called the Sant Gothard now that I have checked it out
