If he was Chilean Xavier, then he most certainly is. We were in Arinsal skiing 7-14 Jan this year and Xavier was my husband%26#39;s ski instructor. A real character but really helped my hubby learn to ski (it was his first time and I was really thankful that Xavier was such a good teacher, as meant I didn%26#39;t have to teach him too much and he is now more than willing to go again!).

Hi guys,

Javier (pronounced Haviay) is still there, he%26#39;s Chilean and his full name is Javier Fernandez. You can contact him at riverramb@hotmail.com I hope he does not mind my giving out his email. We%26#39;ve just got back from Arinsal 11th - 18th March and my girlfriend was in Javier%26#39;s class. He is a great guy and one of the instructors who cares, he doesn%26#39;t want to just take your money and run, he cares about teaching you to ski. I was worried that my girlfirend would not take to skiing but she did great, thanks to Javier she%26#39;s a confident intermediate now after a week with Javier.

Javier is a nice guy...He drinks Voll Damm beer if anyone%26#39;s buying!!

Xavier is still in Arinsal for the 07 - 08 season. He is an excellent, patient teacher and I would highly recommend him, great for beginners and intermediates, it pays to have a private lesson with him
