Pas De La casa 11th March

Hi

Me and my best mate are heading off to Pas De La Casa in a few weeks time. Basically I have been skking twice and my mate is a total beginner. Just wanted to know what the ski schools are like, whats the snowfall generally like in in march and are two single blokes going to have a good laugh! Is there anything else worth doing if the skiing is not great?

Hi tobes, I am going to pas on the 25th so as soon as i get back i will let you know the conditions there, I am trying to find out how things are there now before i go, its my first time going there also but from what i hear its great for the nightlife etc if thats what you%26#39;re looking for...I%26#39;ll post my story here as soon as i get back so you will know what to expect, i cant wait to get there myself but finding it hard to get excited as the snow conditions seem to be fairly bad.

Hi, im just back from Pas on the 11/02 - one word - FANTASTIC. for 2 single blokes, i would def reccomend you go2 westend niteclub where the girls dance on the bar - my boyfriends 2 brothers loved that bit.as ur walking down from the slopes look left and you will see a bar called %26quot;paddy%26#39;s%26quot; go up that street and its a few doors up. another good bar is milwaukee which is on up past the slopes a bit. The ski school is quite good - our instructor %26quot;SALVA%26quot; well, his english could have been better but anyway. the 1st day u%26#39;ll get to go on the magic carpet - u%26#39;ll know wot i mean when u get there+on the 2nd day u%26#39;ll have to use the rope lift - bring good gloves for this and make sure you have strong arms!!!! we were there from sun-sun and the only day it didnt snow was the mon. the fresh snow made the skiing so much better cuz u could feel the ice coming through which helped a few people in my group fall. W went bum boarding on the mountain on the wed nite - which was very fun but make sur ur face is covered as it will get covered in snow+ull be numb. we also went to europes largest spa - abt 45mins away from pas. its called %26quot;CALDEA%26quot;. it was 33euro,it was good but i wudnt reccomend it that much. If you%26#39;s are smoker%26#39;s u%26#39;ll be in heaven. in the supermarket%26#39;s a sleeve of my cigs was 19euro and the alcohol is so cheap. one measure in the bars in pas would equal to abt 3 of our drinks at home. meal for 5 of us inc a drink each cost abt 70euro so the nite%26#39;s out are v.v.cheap.Pas 83 cafe on the slopes is very good. u%26#39;ll be needing a pint of coke every day after ur lessons and then a hot choc 2 warm urself up. that%26#39;s all i can think of but i know we wll had an excellent time and were def goin back next year. have fun - be careful and let me know how you get on!!
