Del clos hotel - panorama / nielson

I%26#39;ve just received notice that a weeks holiday booked for 16th March at the DEL CLOS Hotel is not available !

Anyone else had a similar problem ? If so do you get it resolved ok ?

Booked aparthotel del clos in mid august for a ski trip on 16 march for a group of 15. Trip is still on but i have had horrendous difficulties with the changeover from panorama to neilson with details not being passed on, ski packs inexplicably cancelled on their computer, being on hold for an hour etc. Thay quoted me a price more than the original booking for which i never received an invoice but they have taken my word for it after a lot of hassle, and deducted an extra £25, big deal.
