Andorra to Toulouse, France? How?

Does anyone know if there is a train from Andorra to Toulouse, France? If not, any other transportation. I will be there in February with a group skiing, but looking to do a side trip. Any other suggestions welcome. We will be going to Barcelona at the end of the week with the group.

There is no a train station anywhere near Andorra. The nearest you can get is Merens Les Vals. There is a train every 2 hours from 6:07. Journey takes 2:09 and is £14 which is about €18.

Merens Les Vals is 30 miles and another hour from Andorra la Vella.

If you want to make this a day trip, last train back leaves at 18:50.

There are firms which do bus/car transfers between Andorra and Toulouse or Barcelona, but these are expensive at around €250 for a car.
