I am thinking of going to Andorra in 2007 I am not a great walker but love strolling around and looking at the wild flowers. Has anyone got any suggestions as to the best resort and time for this sort of holiday.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

We had two weeks in Andorra in June this year. If you love wild flowers, you will love Andorra in June. There are also many butterflies.
We had a week in Arinsal (Xalet Verdu hotel) and a week in Soldeu (Soldeu Maistre hotel). We booked a package through Inghams Lakes and Mountains, and would thoroughly recommend them. I would recommend the Xalet Verdu without hesitation, but we weren%26#39;t so keen on the Soldeu Maistre.
Walking in Arinsal area was more strenuous than in Soldeu. There are more opportunities for strolls, and more level walks in Soldeu, such as the nature walk along the valley edge, and walks along the Incles valley, but we loved the dramatic mountain scenery in Arinsal. If you go with Inghams, an English lady called Carol, who lives in Soldeu, operates a mini bus shuttle to various places during the week. This is great if you want lighter rambles or strolls. She will drop you off and pick you up at your choice of time.
