duty free cigarettes

now i know the allowance is 300 cigarettes and im not talking about bringing thousands back but im in barcelona next week on a business trip and have 3 days spare and would love to visit Andorra, now ive heard that duty free is cheap (dont know how cheap) but i am a heavy smoker and would buy around 5 or 6 cartons (not exactly smuggling is it), I was planning on getting the bus from Barcalona and spending a couple of nights in Arinsal, do you have to get off the bus when coming through customs back into spain and take your bags and walk through like you do in Gibralta? Only reason i ask is i dont want the embarressment of having over my limit and getting arrested or whatever they do to you, cheers folks let me know

We went to pas last week, but with an organised tour. They said that 90% of the time they dont get stopped (prob more like 100% if you saw the border %26#39;guards%26#39;). Am not sure if you are getting a local bus or tour bus from barcelona? Once you are over the border, no worries in barcelona either.

Cigarettes in pas were 20euro for carton of malboro lights.
