New Year in Arinsal

Hi, Could anybody recommend a really nice place to celebrate the new year in arinsal. We are a coming out on the 28th December 08 for 1 week there will be six of us and would like a nice meal on new years eve. Also do children need to wear helmets when they are skiing in the area. Thanks
