Just got back and thought I%26#39;d post some answers to the questions I had.
The ski conditions were excellent all week but if staying in Pas I owuld try to get over the mountain to Grau Roig and Soldeau. I found the conditions over there much better and the runs more fun. On the Pas side I found they could be a little icy. Also when coming back over the mountain into Pas with starters use the Gavatca red as it isn%26#39;t too bad !
Beer - 4 euros - 4.5. To be honest I started drinking shorts ( better value ). However plenty of happy hours upto 1930. Suggest Olympicas bar just off the slopes. Good happy hour, nice bar and staff good.
Food - it is expensive in restaurants/ slopes. Used the chain of fast food places. Six large sandwiches, fries and drinks came to about fifty euros.
Mandorra ??? - Certainly plenty of men however there were some groups of girls.
Would go back but probably to Soldeau as ths slopes were better !!
